I want to talk to you (2018-2020)

This is an ongoing project to communicate with an octopus. As many octopus researchers would agree that there is a sense of emotional and cognitive connection we feel to an octopus. For the past three years, I have been trying to talk to am octopus using various objects in the tank. Like playing with a child, I identify her favorite toy and interact with her everyday with the toy. This project is. still ongoing.  This project is supported by OIST SMSS and Miller unit.
