EAT LOCAL (2016)

The project was a collaborative project with UMD students. This project was designed to support UMD Farm (Sustainable Agriculture Project.) We have harvested boxes of carrots form the farm and made carrot fries to be distributed to the UMD community. UMD Farm and the central kitchen supported the project.
